UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Eddie WILSON, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 90-7110.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Nov. 7, 1990.
Decided Feb. 22, 1991.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Albert V. Bryan, Jr., Chief District Judge. (CR-87-167; CA-89-124-AM)

Eddie Wilson, appellant pro se.

Steven George Bonorris, Office of the United States Attorney, Alexandria, Va., for appellee.

E.D.Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before PHILLIPS, CHAPMAN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Eddie Wilson appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Wilson, CR-87-167; CA-89-124-AM (E.D.Va. June 26, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
