v.
Edward S. WATSON, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 92-7027.

United States Court of Appeals,
Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: March 30, 1993
Decided: May 26, 1993

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. John R. Hargrove, District Judge. (CR-88-428-HAR, CA-91-2955-HAR)

Edward S. Watson, Appellant Pro Se.

Breckinridge Long Willcox, United States Attorney, Baltimore, Maryland; David Paul King, Hogan & Hartson, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.

D.Md.

AFFIRMED.

Before PHILLIPS, MURNAGHAN, and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Edward S. Watson appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Watson, Nos. CR-88-428-HAR, CA-91-2955-HAR (D. Md. Sept. 3, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
