No. 93-6325.

United States Court of Appeals,
Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: July 16, 1993.
Decided: August 3, 1993.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Malcolm J. Howard, District Judge. (CA-92-707)

Guy Sonderup, Appellant Pro Se.

E.D.N.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before NIEMEYER, HAMILTON, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

OPINION

PER CURIAM:

1

Guy Sonderup appeals from the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2241 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Sonderup v. United States Parole Commission, No. CA-92-707 (E.D.N.C. Mar. 17, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process. The motions for bail and for leave to proceed in forma pauperis are denied.
