Maurice T. GAY, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
MCAC DENTAL SERVICE; Thomas Gregory, D.D.S., Defendants-Appellees .

No. 93-7087.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Jan. 20, 1994.
Decided Feb. 24, 1994.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. M.J. Garbis, District Judge. (CA-92-3395-MJG)

Maurice T. Gay, pro se.

Philip Melton Andrews, Kevin Francis Arthur, Kramon & Graham, P.A., Baltimore, MD, for appellees.

Before WIDENER, WILKINS, and HAMILTON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.* Gay v. MCAC Dental Service, No. CA-92-3395-MJG (D. Md. Sept. 17, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.

We deny Gay's motion for appointment of counsel
