Melvin HILL, a/k/a John Doe, Ex Parte Melvin Taylor,
Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Sergeant OSANDU; K. Alai; M. G. Powell; Steve Polin, #
242625; William Smith; Richard Lanham, Sr.,
Defendants-Appellees.
No. 95-6078.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Feb. 16, 1995.
Decided March 23, 1995.
Melvin Hill, appellant pro se. Stephanie Judith Lane-Weber, Assistant Attorney General, Baltimore, MD, for appellees.
Before HAMILTON and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Hill v. Osandu, No. CA-94-2206 (D. Md. Jan. 10, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
