Danny Lamont YARBOROUGH, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
William JENNETTE; Joseph Lofton; H.P. Hines; Glen Britt;
S.D. Stewart, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 95-6527.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: July 27, 1995.
Decided: Aug. 17, 1995.

Danny Lamont Yarborough, Appellant Pro Se.

Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, MOTZ, Circuit Judge, and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Yarborough v. Jennette, No. CA-95-66-5-CT-BR (E.D.N.C. Mar. 28, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
