Ricky A. PIERCE, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Peggy JONES; Deborah Adles, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 96-6592.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Oct. 31, 1996.
Decided Nov. 20, 1996.

Ricky A. Pierce, Appellant Pro Se. Neil Clark Dalton, NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, Raleigh, NC, for Appellees.

E.D.N.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before NIEMEYER and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1994) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the magistrate judge's recommendation and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Pierce v. Jones, No. CA-94-68-5-BO (E.D.N.C. Apr. 1, 1996). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
