PER CURIAM: Roger D. Parsons appeals from the district court’s order up- holding the Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of disability benefits. We have reviewed the briefs and administrative record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the rea- soning of the district court. See Parsons v. Apfel, No. CA-97-251- B (W.D. Va., Oct. 1, 1998). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the ma- terials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
