PER CURIAM: Michael Craig Clark appeals the district court’s order dis- missing his civil action for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1915(e) (West Supp. 2000). We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opin- ion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Clark v. Conoco, Inc., No. CA-00-114-1-T (W.D.N.C. June 13, 2000). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
