Gray v. Virginia Healthcare Waste Management, Inc.

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Gray v. Virginia Healthcare Waste Management, Inc., 4 F. App'x 157 (4th Cir. 2001)

Gray v. Virginia Healthcare Waste Management, Inc.

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Elizabeth K. Gray appeals from a jury verdict in favor of the Defendants on her employment discrimination complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the jury’s verdict. Gray v. Virginia Healthcare Waste Mgmt., No. CA-99-499-7 (W.D.Va. Aug. 30, 1999). Gray’s motion for appointment of counsel is denied. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
