Sutherland v. Autumn Corporation

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Peter R. Sutherland appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of his former employer, Autumn Corporation, in his civil action alleging retaliatory discharge in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 12101-12213 (West 1995 & Supp. 1999). We have reviewed the record *112 and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Sutherland v. Autumn Corp., 124 F.Supp.2d 945 (W.D.N.C. 2000). Further, we deny Sutherland’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
