Jones v. North Carolina Department of Human Resources

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Janet W. Jones appeals the district court’s order granting Appellee’s motion for summary judgment in her employment discrimination action. We have reviewed *184 the record and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Jones v. North Carolina Dep’t of Human Resources, No. CA-99-833-5BR (E.D.N.C. Feb. 14, 2001). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
