Williams v. Bell

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Williams v. Bell, 22 F. App'x 238 (4th Cir. 2001)

Williams v. Bell

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Gerald Jose Williams seeks to appeal the district court’s order denying relief on his petition filed under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254 (West 1994 & Supp. 2001). We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of appeala-bility and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Williams v. Bell, No. CA-00-677-5-H (E.D.N.C. filed June 20, 2001 & entered June 21, 2001). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before *239 the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
