Barker v. Mancor Carolina, Inc.

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Fred Barker, Jr., appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge to grant Man-cor Carolina, Ine.’s motion for summary judgment in Barker’s action alleging employment discrimination. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Barker v. Mancor Carolina, Inc., No. CA-00-1427 (D.S.C. filed Oct. 12, 2001 & entered Oct. 15, 2001). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
