Robinson v. Dalius

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Robinson v. Dalius, 55 F. App'x 154 (4th Cir. 2003)

Robinson v. Dalius

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Edward Jason Robinson, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his petition filed under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2000). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Robinson v. Dali-us, No. CA-02-510-5-BO (E.D.N.C. filed Aug. 7, 2002, entered Aug. 9, 2002). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court *155 and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
