Butler v. Johnson

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Butler v. Johnson, 56 F. App'x 613 (4th Cir. 2003)

Butler v. Johnson

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

James A. Butler appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his complaint filed pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Butler v. Johnson, No. CA-01-2345-WMN (D.Md. June 10, 2002). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
