Woody v. Central Carolina Bank & Trust Co.

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Tracy Woody appeals the district court’s order dismissing her civil action as barred by res judicata. Our review of the record and the district court’s opinion discloses no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Woody v. Cent. Carolina Bank & *142 Trust Co., No. CA-02-757-5-BO (E.D.N.C. Aug. 15, 2003). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
