Rubendall v. Thompson

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Rita Nadine Rubendall appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of her employer in her civfi action alleging claims of employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Rubendall v. Thompson, No. CA-04-2554-8-PJM (D.Md. Aug. 11, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
