Coleman v. Holland

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Beacher Ralph Coleman appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment for Defendants in his action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Coleman v. Holland, No. CA-05-8-1 (WD.Va. Nov. 1, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
