Ward v. Norfolk Shipbuilding & DryDock Corp.

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Rayfield A. Ward appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his civil action against Defendants. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Ward v. Norfolk Shipbuilding & Drydock Corp., No. 2:05-cv-00412-RBS (E.D. Va. Sept. 30, 2005 & Feb. 23, 2006). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
