United States v. Robertson

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Derrick Lamont Robertson appeals the district court’s order dismissing his “Motion For the Court To Rule On Said Case” as moot. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See United States v. Robertson, No. 5:00-cr-00103-H-1 (E.D.N.C. May 3, 2006). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
