Scott v. SUSSEX I STATE PRISON

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Scott v. SUSSEX I STATE PRISON, 207 F. App'x 267 (4th Cir. 2006)

Scott v. SUSSEX I STATE PRISON

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Maurice Preston Scott appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Scott v. Sussex I State Prison, No. 7:06-cv-00369-jlk, 2006 WL 1876963 (W.D.Va. July 6, 2006). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
