Varn v. Department of the Army

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Varn v. Department of the Army, 211 F. App'x 197 (4th Cir. 2006)

Varn v. Department of the Army

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Richard Varn appeals from the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of the Army on his employment discrimination complaint. Our review of the record and the district court’s opinion discloses no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Varn v. Department of the Army, Case No. 5:05-cv-00226-BO (E.D.N.C. Mar. 81, 2006). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
