United States v. Walters

Opinion

*191 PER CURIAM:

Rohan Alexander Walters appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his motion to modify his sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) (2000). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Walters’ motion for a certificate of appealability and affirm the denial of Walters’ § 3582 motion for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Walters, No. 2:04-cv-00758 (S.D.W.Va. Mar. 14, 2006). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
