Ham v. South Carolina Department of Corrections

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Ham v. South Carolina Department of Corrections, 252 F. App'x 544 (4th Cir. 2007)

Ham v. South Carolina Department of Corrections

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:

Angelo B. Ham appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Ham v. South Carolina Dep’t of Corrections, No. 6:07-cv-01626-DCN, 2007 WL 2350961 (D.S.C. Aug. 15, 2007). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
