Edmond v. Maher

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

John Edmond and Pamela Lyles appeal from the district court’s order dismissing their civil action on the grounds of res judicata. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Edmond v. Maher, No. 8:07-cv-02883-DKC (D.Md. Nov. 13, 2007). *255 We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
