Short v. Schultz

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Short v. Schultz, 298 F. App'x 246 (4th Cir. 2008)

Short v. Schultz

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:

Michael Short, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order denying *247relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2000) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Short v. Shultz, No. 7:08-cv-00057-jpj-mfu, 2008 WL 1984262 (W.D.Va. May 6, 2008). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
