U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
Stoyanov v. Winter, 357 F. App'x 511 (4th Cir. 2009)

Stoyanov v. Winter

Opinion of the Court

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

Aleksandr J. Stoyanov appeals the district court’s order dismissing his claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 (2006), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 to 634 (2006), the Whistle-blower Protection Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 1214, 1221 and 2302 (2006), and various state law tort claims, as well as its order denying his Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(e) motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. See Stoyanov v. Winter, No. 1:06-cv-01245-AMD (D. Md. July 6, 2009; July 14, 2009). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
