PER CURIAM: Mohammad Afzal appeals the district court’s order dismissing his fraud claim against Malik A. Aslam. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Afzal v. Aslam, No. 1:11- cv-00395-WMN (D. Md. June 15, 2011). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
