United States v. Reginald Jeffries

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Reginald Dewayne Jeffries appeals the district court’s order denying his “Motion for Public Access to CJA Itemization of Attorney Fees and Services w/Dates.” We *167 have reviewed the record and found no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Jeffries, No. 1:07-cr-00056-MR-1 (W.D.N.C. Jan. 24, 2012). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
