Roberts v. United States Parole Commission, 631 F. App'x 177 (4th Cir. 2016)

Roberts v. United States Parole Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:

Mark Roberts, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2012) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, al*178though we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Roberts v. U.S. Parole Comm’n, No. 7:14-cv-00233-MFU-RSB, 2015 WL 3559868 (W.D.Va. June 5, 2015; June 30, 2015). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
