Mary Suggs v. M&T Bank

Opinion

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

• Mary Jane Suggs appeals the district court’s order granting defendant’s motion to dismiss her civil action for failure to state a claim pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Suggs v. M&T Bank, 230 F.Supp.3d 458 (E.D. Va. 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
