Ryan White v. United States

Opinion

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

Ryan Dark White appeals the district court’s order dismissing his civil complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See White v. United States, No. 1:17-cv-01355-JKB, 2017 WL 2418251 (D. Md. June 2, 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
