Douglas Fischer v. Cheryl Hill

Opinion

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

Douglas Otto Fischer appeals the district court’s order dismissing his civil action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. The district court properly dismissed the 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2012) claims on the ground that the defendants are entitled to absolute immunity from such claims, and properly declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the related state law claims. Accordingly, we affirm.

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
