Opinion

UNPUBLISHED

UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT

No. 18-6301

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,

Plaintiff - Appellee,

v.

HERBERT EUGENE PULLIAM,

Defendant - Appellant.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, at Greensboro. N. Carlton Tilley, Jr., Senior District Judge. (1:10-cr-00445-NCT-2)

Submitted: January 17, 2019 Decided: January 22, 2019

Before WILKINSON and DUNCAN, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Herbert Eugene Pulliam, Appellant Pro Se. Robert Michael Hamilton, Assistant United States Attorney, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Greensboro, North Carolina, for Appellee.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM:

Herbert Eugene Pulliam appeals the district court’s order denying his

18 U.S.C. § 3582

(c)(2) (2012) motion for a sentence reduction. We have reviewed the record and

find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district

court. United States v. Pulliam, No. 1:10-cr-00445-NCT-2 (M.D.N.C. Mar. 13, 2018).

We deny Pulliam’s motion for appointment of counsel, and we dispense with oral

argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the

materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
