UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT

No. 19-1478

JESSE EDWARDS, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Defendant - Appellee.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore.

George L. Russell, III, District Judge. (1:19-cv-01104-GLR)

Submitted: August 20, 2019 Decided: August 22, 2019

Before FLOYD and RUSHING, Circuit Judges, and SHEDD, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Jesse Edwards, Appellant Pro Se.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM: Jesse Edwards appeals the district court’s order dismissing his civil complaint as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) (2012). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court.

Edwards v. United States, No. 1:19-cv-01104-GLR (D. Md. Apr. 18, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
