PER CURIAM: Simeon Mccrae Merritt appeals the district court’s order dismissing with prejudice his complaint for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2) (2018). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Merritt v. Abacus Staffing, No. 2:19-cv-00488-AWA- RJK (E.D. Va. Nov. 25, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
