PER CURIAM: Federico Rivera, appeals the district court’s order dismissing his § 2241 petition without prejudice for failure to prosecute under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Rivera v. Dobbs, No. 5:20-cv-01002-SAL (D.S.C. May 20, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
