Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
PER CURIAM: Zacarias Moussaoui appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for pro bono counsel. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Moussaoui, No. 1:01- cr-00455-LMB-1 (E.D. Va. Aug. 7, 2020). We also deny Moussaoui’s motion for ex parte communications and assignment of a paralegal. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
