UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT

No. 20-7809

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. PATRICK BRIAN MOBLEY, a/k/a PBMobes, Defendant - Appellant.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore.

Catherine C. Blake, Senior District Judge. (1:17-cr-00144-CCB-2)

Submitted: August 19, 2021 Decided: August 23, 2021

Before GREGORY, Chief Judge, FLOYD, and RUSHING, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Patrick Brian Mobley, Appellant Pro Se.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM: Patrick Mobley appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for compassionate release. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.

Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See United States v. Mobley, No. 1:17-cr-00144-CCB-2 (D. Md. Nov. 24, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
