PER CURIAM: George A. Barfield appeals the district court’s order dismissing without prejudice his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to prosecute under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Barfield v. Smith, No. 5:19-ct-03193-FL (E.D.N.C. May 20, 2021). We also deny Barfield’s motions to assign counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
