PER CURIAM: SSC Seneca Operating Company LLC, SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services, LLC, and SavaSeniorCare Consulting, LLC, appeal from the district court’s order denying the motion to dismiss and to compel arbitration of Tammy Fowler’s civil action against them filed in her capacity as the personal representative of the Estate of Ralph Owens, and denying the motions to stay proceedings in the district court pending resolution of the motion to compel arbitration. We have reviewed the record on appeal and the arguments of the parties, and we find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Fowler v. SSC Seneca Operating Co. LLC, No. 8:21-cv-00430- HMH (D.S.C. Apr. 16, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
