USCA4 Appeal: 22-6211 Doc: 13 Filed: 08/26/2022 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Justin Martin Jackson appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to compel the Government to pursue a sentence reduction on his behalf. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
