USCA4 Appeal: 21-7222 Doc: 8 Filed: 11/28/2022 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Reginald L. Wilson appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action for failure to state a claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Wilson v. Perritt, No. 5:20-ct-03376-BO (E.D.N.C. Aug. 9, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
