USCA4 Appeal: 22-1783 Doc: 12 Filed: 01/19/2023 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Seth Reaves appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing his appeal of the bankruptcy court’s order dismissing his bankruptcy petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.

Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Reaves v. Santander Consumer USA, Inc., No. 4:22-cv-01064-TLW (D.S.C. July 11, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
