USCA4 Appeal: 22-6867 Doc: 10 Filed: 02/08/2023 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Jensen Ken Alexander appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to state a claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Alexander v. Ely, No. 7:21-cv-00312-JPJ-PMS (W.D. Va., July 13, 2022). We also deny Alexander’s motion to appoint counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
