PER CURIAM: Melvin McCoy Jerman appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to AT&T Corporation (“AT&T”) in Jerman’s civil action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Jerman v. AT&T, No. 3:20-cv-00384-MOC-DSC (W.D.N.C. July 20, 2022). We deny AT&T’s motion to strike Jerman’s pro se supplemental brief. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
