USCA4 Appeal: 21-6902 Doc: 11 Filed: 03/15/2023 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Steve Audette seeks to appeal the district court’s order denying his motion to reopen his civil action that was previously dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Audette v. Dr. Nogo, No. 5:17-ct-03094-FL (E.D.N.C. May 20, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
