USCA4 Appeal: 22-1191 Doc: 22 Filed: 03/20/2023 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Justin Franklin Kirk appeals from the district court’s orders denying his motion to amend his complaint and granting summary judgment in favor of Constellis, LLC, in Kirk’s civil action. We have reviewed the record included on appeal as well as the parties’ briefs and we find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Kirk v. Constellis, LLC, No. 1:21-cv-00146-CMH-JFA (E.D. Va. Dec. 3, 2021; Jan. 20, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
