PER CURIAM: Nathaniel Howard Moone appeals the district court’s order denying relief in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action, asserting that Defendants acted with deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs, in violation of the Eighth Amendment. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.
Moone v. Herrick, No. 7:21-cv-00472-JPJ-PMS (W.D. Va. Sept. 29, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
